Welcome
SJSM Property Group was founded in homage to our daughters Samara June and Selina May. As a family-owned real estate firm our focus is on workforce housing in the New York Tri-State area and international investments in the Dominican Republic and Ecuador. As Native New Yorkers and children of immigrants, we are rooted in both our hometown of NYC and our parents' native lands. To date, SJSM owns and operates $1.5M+ in real estate assets across New York, the Dominican Republic and Ecuador.

We invest in our roots because it's what we know and what we love.
